A plan is three numbers.
Judged rounds a month, operating users, and debates running at once. Every round ends with a full quoted ballot and speaker feedback. Priced in CAD, billed monthly.
A space starts free with no card. The trial begins when you add one: 30 days or 5 judged rounds, whichever ends first. It converts to Space Basic unless you cancel.

How the plans work.
What counts as a judged round?
A round is spent when a debate ends and its record goes to the judge. A meeting that never becomes a debate spends nothing, and open-floor meetings run unjudged unless you send one to the judge. Unused rounds expire at month end; there's no rollover.
What is an operating user?
The coaches and program staff who create and run judged debates. That's the only kind of person a plan counts. Debaters, judges and students join on free accounts; spectators need no account at all.
What does “debates at once” mean?
How many debates the account can have live at the same time (open meetings count too). It equals the operating-user count, because a coach runs one debate at a time. Standing rooms are unlimited on every plan; a room costs nothing to exist.
What happens when the rounds run out?
You're warned at 80% and at 100%, and the debate after the last included round is refused with an upgrade prompt. Upgrades apply immediately; moving up a plan is how a program buys more rounds today.
Can I add another coach without changing plans?
Not yet. The plan sets the operator count today, so another coach means the next plan up.
Is there annual billing?
Monthly only for now. Enterprise runs on an annual contract with invoicing.
What does Enterprise include?
Custom counts of the same three numbers as every other plan, plus 24 named support hours a year. Annual contract with invoicing; no credit card.
Bringing a whole circuit?
Districts and leagues are quoted to what they actually run. Tell us who you are and what you debate, and we'll put a number to it.
