Free for debaters. Seats and rooms for programs.

Every plan runs the same rooms, the same formats, and the same judge. Organizations pay for two things only: seats for their members, and rooms for how many rounds run at once. Never per round.

Shadow Judge is in beta, so organizations pay nothing today. Every program runs on the full included allowance, free.

Invited to a round, or just watching? Guests join by link. No account, no seat, no plan, ever.

How the plans work.

What counts as a room?

A room is a standing venue with its own link, like a physical debate room. It holds one live round at a time and any number of rounds over a day. Your plan’s room count is simply how many debates your program can run at once.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a member of your organization: coaches, admins, and students with accounts of their own. People you invite into a round and spectators are guests, and guests never use a seat.

What does free while in beta mean?

Exactly what it says. Organizations get the full included allowance of seats and rooms for nothing while Shadow Judge is in beta, with no card on file. When that changes, organization owners get at least 30 days notice by email first, and the prices on this page are what it will change to.

Can I add seats or rooms right now?

Not yet. Extra seats and rooms are priced here so you can plan, and they open when the beta ends. If your program needs more before then, talk to us and we will sort it out directly.

Do my debaters and spectators need accounts?

No. Everyone you invite, debaters and audience alike, joins from a link. Only members of your organization hold accounts.

Are there usage limits?

Personal includes 5 AI-judged sessions a month, with unjudged meetings unlimited. On Organization and Enterprise, judging is unlimited: your room count is the only throttle, and fair use applies.

What does the judge cost?

Nothing extra. Judging is not an add-on: on organization plans every round ends with a full quoted ballot, and Personal includes 5 judged sessions each month.

What is dedicated judging capacity?

Enterprise programs get a reserved AI worker of their own, so tournament-scale days run all their rooms simultaneously with guaranteed capacity, unaffected by anyone else on the platform.

Bringing a whole circuit?

Districts, leagues and national circuits are quoted to what they actually run. Tell us who you are and what you debate, and we will put a number to it.
